Overview

The company 110 kv transformer, the use of the French areva analysis software and the company special computer and validation procedures, for transformer core, coil, machine body, lead, tank etc all-round optimization design and verification, to ensure that product performance. Superior technology and equipment, the careful selection of materials, high efficient production, making the transformer has small volume, light weight, low loss, low partial discharge, low noise characteristics, the product quality is superior, energy conservation and environmental protection, easy installation and maintenance, reliable operation and effectively reduce the operation cost of the products.

The company SSZ11-40000/110 through the country transformer quality supervision and inspection center short circuit capacity and all routine type tests. This product is stable, reliable, economic and environmental characteristics, suitable for power plants, substations, large industrial and mining petrochemical enterprise, etc.

  • Performance characteristics
    • Low loss: Its no-load loss is about 40% less than that specified in national standard GB6451-1999. Compared to that specified in current national standard GB6451-1999, its on-load loss decreases by 15%.
    • Low noise: The noise level is below 60dB, 20dB less than national standard. According to special requirements of users, the product can be specially designed and manufactured (below 55dB) to meet the demands for power supply for residents of our urban grid;
    • Low partial discharge: The entire line procedures of 110kV products are manufactured in dust-free environment. For the metal parts and insulation parts in the body, their corners shall be rounded. The partial discharge capacity is within 100pc.
    • Strong capacity against short circuit: SZ10-40000/110 transformer designed independently by our company has passed short-circuit withstanding test made by China National Transformer Quality Supervision Testing Center.
    • Beautiful appearance: folded plate and corrugated structure of oil tank, ball blasting for derusting, powder electrical painting, wide-panel type radiator, never fading.
    • No leakage: all seal end limiting, double sealing of upper and lower tanks, and all sealing elements being imported. We make the formal commitment that there is not leakage.
